vBarter - Annual Renewal Fees

Q: Are annual renewal fees automatically charged to the account? 
 
A: Annual renewal fees are automatically charged to accounts on the anniversary date each year. For example, if a member joins in October 2011, then they will be charged the renewal fee in October 2012 and each subsequent anniversary year. Monthly fees are charged each month when you run the month end processing.
