vBarter - Batch Processing Doesn't Display Any Members

If Batch Processing doesn't display the members that owe fees so that you can process charges to their credit card or checking account, it is due to the Terms setting on each Manage Member's page. In order for members that owe fees to display in the batch processing, Terms must be set to "Yes". Members will not display if you have your members set to "Terms: No"
FYI, the Terms setting determines if members fees are charged in real time at the same time as the trade transaction (Terms = No) or if you prefer to give them terms and charge members one or more times each month (Terms=Yes) when you do a batch process.
Charging cash fees in real time is a great way to be sure that you will collect cash fees from certain members such as from members that often have payment issues, whose credit card charges are often declined, or members that do infrequent large trades with significant fees.
