Following details a highly successful sales incentive program for salespeople that actually generated over 200 new members per year with just two to three salespeople.
Note: Sales commissions were based on a $495 or higher new member set-up fee charged to businesses that joined the exchange.
Sales Team Incentive Plan:
Minimum requirement: 8 accounts/month Pays $200/account Total: $1600/month
Make your Goal: 12 accounts/month Pays $300/account Total: $3600/month
Break your Goal: 16 accounts/month Pays $300/account + $1500 trade bonus. Total: $6300/month
Bonus Deal: 60 accounts per quarter (3 months) - Get an additional $3,000 cash + $3000 trade. Requires 90% retention for three months. Bonus is paid after third month (next quarter).
Exchange pays a draw of $200/week for first quarter. Minimum requirement must be met to attain draw status.
One third of above commissions are held for draw and/or chargebacks in subsequent quarter.
Draw for subsequent quarters are calculated at accumulated withheld divided by 12.
The Bottom Line:
Meet minimum first 2 cycles, make goal 8 cycles, break goal 3 cycles. Earn: $50,900.
Meet minimum first 2 cycles, make goal 4 cycles, break goal 7 cycles, 3 of which earn bonus. Earn: $67,700
Meet minimum first cycle, make goal 3 cycles, break goal 9 cycles, 9 of which earn bonus. Earn: $87,100
