Q: Why are there items listed in my marketplace from members not in my exchange?

A: Your exchange marketplace is automatically populated with actual items available for purchase listed by members of other exchanges. If you don't want to enable interexchange trading for your exchange, you can either modify the Exchange Groups settings on your Exchange tab in http://manage.vbarter.com, or let us know and we'll make the setting changes for you.

Global trade marketplace connectivity is included with subscription levels of Pro and above. For new exchanges, we enable exchange linking to the global trade marketplace on a complimentary basis for the first 60 days, so that you aren't starting off marketing to new members with an empty exchange.
