In addition to checking internet speed, we can also try additional options:

It is recommended to delete all your browser cache files. Depending on what kind of computer you have...

For apple computers - open safari; history and click on Clear History

For windows PCs - open internet explorer; tools; internet options; check the option to delete browsing history; click on delete; a window will pop up giving you the option to delete all browsing history; make sure to select all. Note: if you have passwords saved by your browser, they will be deleted as well- unless you uncheck the box for "passwords"

Chrome Browser - depending on how you have it set, click on the menu options and select tools; clear browsing data.

Firefox Browser - from the top menu click on history and select clear recent history. Click on the drop-down list labeled "Time range to clear" and select an option from the list. If you would like to clear all history files, select "Everything" from the bottom of the list.
