Q: What's the difference in the various types of contacts?
 
A: For each member account, there can be a primary, secondary and tertiary contact. The primary is added from the manage members page, the secondary and tertiary is added or viewed by clicking on the Action buttons.
 
In addition, there could be two additional logins on each member account, which are added on the manage members page, for admins to have a login that may not necessarily want to be a contact, such as the owner of the exchange.
 
And then there are the Additional Contacts, which are added from Manage Contacts on the Account page. These contacts will display in the member directory when members do a directory search and click on the View Contacts button.
