The Contact page typically doesn't contain a lot of content, so that page doesn't have the ability to add a text box. But, you can add as much content as desired in the one text box on the Contact page. You can use simple html tags to enhance the look of the page, by adding bold text, headings, paragraphs, bulleted lists, etc. You can find html tags and their description in the Knowledgebase.
