vBarter - Cash Fee Handling from other Exchange Members
Posted by Bruce Kamm on December 09 2011 07:38 AM

Q: How are cash fees handled from other exchange members.

A: Trades within your own exchange will automatically generate and charge fees to buyer, seller, or both based on how you have your fees setup on the Exchange page.

When one of your members is buyer or seller with another member in another exchange then your member will be charged the buy or sell fee. As the other party to the trade is in a different exchange, it is the other exchange that will get the fee on their members purchase or sale.
All member transactions, whether the trade is between two members in your exchange, or a member in your exchange and a member in a different exchange, will appear on each of the member's statements.
Trades in and out of your exchange with members of other exchanges will also display on your exchange's statement int he network. You can view your exchange's network statement by clicking on View Statement on the Exchange tab.
